We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Tucson, AZ. Under the direction of the VP of Inside Sales and Field Marketing, the Inside Sales Operations Manager is a subject matter expert who focuses on planning, development, and implementation of strategies and materials for team onboarding, coaching, and development, sales techniques, sales presentations, sales production, and performance metrics. The Inside Sales Operations Manager will increase business opportunities by coordinating and executing on critical internal activities and processes related to staff competencies, territory presence, current client base, and new client acquisition. This role will be involved through the full cycle of the inside sales activity as it relates to lead management, follow-up, and the sales process.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess efficiency opportunities in our processes and best practices
  • Track, understand, and be held accountable to various program metrics, such as sales production and conversion rates
  • Assist in the development of sales strategy and KPIs and align internal processes accordingly
  • Conduct research, analyze and interpret information, and prepare proposals and recommendations for an improved educator experience
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Develop and maintain templates, scripts, and other content needs
  • Create campaign recaps and present results with actionable information
  • Onboard and coach team members to drive improvements across the inside sales group
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the inside sales teams
  • Serve as a liaison between inside sales, marketing and product teams
  • Maintain all systems or software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Participate and/or lead weekly team meetings

What we’re looking for:

  • You have significant experience in a high-performance sales organization with (but not limited to) account management, business development, sales, process enablement, and process improvement
  • You possess a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and strategies
  • You can position yourself as a subject matter expert able to onboard, train, coach, and develop talent
  • You have exceptional writing skills or experience creating content and templates
  • You are an expert at relationship building, forming strong bonds with key stakeholders
  • You are an expert organizer, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • You are a lifelong learner with a detail-oriented mindset
  • You are a self-starter, full of initiative, problem-solving skills, and capable of strong independent work

Location: This role will be based in our Tucson, AZ office.
