About the Sales Incubator Program:

Top candidates accepted to the program will spend their first 9-12 months as a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) operating as the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated by the marketing team.Through ongoing training programs, fun challenges, and competitions you will become an expert on Bluewolf, a valued partner in Marketing’s efforts, and the lifeblood of our sales people. Even better, you’ll be learning the fundamentals of sales.

The core of your job during this time will be to rapidly respond, over email and phone, to interested customers and to qualify them before connecting them with a salesperson (we call them Client Advisors). Frequently, you’ll find yourself involved in events and in Marketing campaign follow up. Top performers over the 9-12 month period will graduate to our Business Development Representative (BDR) group. It is at this time that opportunities to relocate to other Bluewolf offices will come up. As a BDR, you’ll partner with our top salespeople to receive direct mentorship and truly begin to function as a member of the sales team. Top performers in the BDR group can expect to graduate rapidly into our Sales team.RESPONSIBLIITEIS
