What will you do?

The Riverside Implementation Specialist provides premier customer service, professional learning, implementation support and data interpretation to teachers and district educators using Riverside Insights assessments.

The Riverside Implementation Specialist will develop a deep understanding of each customer, committing to customer success and daily striving to exceed customer expectations. They will work with other teams across Riverside Insights to enhance the customer experience throughout the planning and implementation process and embrace opportunities to learn and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure deep program knowledge by providing customer training
  • Provide best practice quality implementation training and professional learning for teachers, coaches, and leaders
  • Provide district follow up after implementation
  • Deliver program activation trainings for new and on-going customer accounts
  • Model regular use of assessment and report data to individualize and differentiate instruction
  • Make recommendations for further assessment or service needs based on customer feedback
  • Deliver presentations that include professional development, pilots, and pre-sales implementation presentations
  • Extraordinary ability to network with district administrators and decision makers at all levels of state, regional and/or district K-12 employees
  • Develop relationships with key K-12 decision makers utilizing the assessment program
  • Collaborate with internal Riverside Insights teams including sales, services, and product management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Expert knowledge of assessment and using data to drive instruction
  • Expert in education theory, adult learning theory, pedagogy, and market trends
  • Experience in working with educators and presenting to adults
  • Exceptional self-starter
  • Responsible for contributing to the achievement of revenue targets as assigned
  • Maintain content level expertise through company provided training
  • Excellent training, facilitating and presentation skills
  • Customer focused ethics
  • Ability to contribute to solution-based learning options including eLearning and self-service options

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

  • BA/BS Degree Required; Masters is preferred
  • 5 years of K-12 education experience to include classroom teaching experience
  • Deep knowledge and passion for learning in K-12 education
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations in large and small groups (virtual delivery experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with technology, including the ability to use various presentation software and hardware; thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, interactive software.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have acceptable driving record
  • This is a home-based role with varying hours during high peak season
  • Ability to travel 50-75% with seasonal peaks (currently dependent on COVID restrictions)
  • Must live near a major airport

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation based on prior experience and earnings.
