To further advance our mission, we are looking for a talented Implementation Specialist to help teachers using NoRedInk become more effective writing instructors. This candidate should believe that teachers deserve exceptional professional development and be passionate about helping teachers implement technology to enhance their writing instruction.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to bridge complex school ecosystems and NoRedInk’s Customer Success, Product, and Curriculum teams
  • Provide recommended implementation models to school and district administrators to help their teachers deliver exemplary writing instruction
  • Facilitate highly relevant and engaging onsite and virtual professional learning sessions to help teachers use NoRedInk most effectively in their classrooms
  • Design and help teachers engage with meaningful implementation resources to support their instruction
  • Partner with NoRedInk’s Sales team to define and scope implementation and training needs for key accounts

About You

  • Minimum of two years of US-based 6-12 teaching experience in English Language Arts
  • Experience facilitating professional learning experiences for teachers and school leaders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to be an engaging public speaker and presenter
  • Fluency integrating technology into traditional instructional models
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and create structure in an ambiguous environment
  • Possesses teacher empathy and interest in education


  • Ability to travel 30-50% with seasonal peaks (currently dependent on COVID restrictions)
  • Able to work in EST and/or CST timezones
  • Ability to attend two, multi-day company events (currently dependent on COVID restrictions)
