How you can help:

Implementation Managers work closely with district data leaders, who we call Data Champions, to bring Schoolzilla to life within their organizations. This position will specifically focus on supporting a group of districts, mostly located in Oregon, who are implementing Schoolzilla to support their 9th grade on-track initiatives. This position will require availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Job responsibilities:

Technical Setup - Set up customer environments, connect to data, lead data review process with Data Champions and orient them to the Mosaic platform.

Technical Project Management - Keep our internal team and external partners on track with the ins and outs of the implementation process - managing timelines, identifying and tracking issues, and facilitating project transitions.

Client Management - Build strong working relationships with school partners and Data Champions throughout implementation. 

Training - Ensure Data Champions are empowered with the knowledge and resources to best leverage Schoolzilla.

Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to incrementally improve and tune our implementation processes as well as make step function changes.

Tech savvy - Enjoys learning new technology tools, and has demonstrated the ability to do so quickly.

Organized - Breaks down big projects and systematically tracks and follows up on tasks. Balances short-term and long-term responsibilities effectively. 100% reliable.

Strong communicator across levels of expertise - Communicates technical and non-technical information effectively to a range of stakeholders at schools and within Schoolzilla.

Based in Oregon, able to work primarily from home.

Bonus Points:

Experience with SQL, Salesforce.

Customer-facing experience.

K-12 experience - Understanding of common metrics, issues, and modus operandi of school systems.
