Implementation Manager

SchoolStatus - Remote - Full time

The Implementation Manager will:

  • Manage the handoff from the Sales Team to the Customer Success Team, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
  • Initiate, organize and complete the onboarding process from kickoff to ongoing product utilization, working closely with Customer Success Managers and other Implementation Managers as needed.
  • Conduct online and onsite training for SchoolStatus users from the district office to the classroom teacher.
  • Monitor engagement and utilization to ensure that customers are seeing ongoing value in the product.
  • Audit customer workflows, streamline processes, and layer new features/integration options into existing configurations.
  • Become an expert of the SchoolStatus software platform in order to anticipate and gauge what content is most relevant to our audience of educators.
  • Contribute towards the development of a strong team environment by upholding high work standards.
