Implementation Manager

Insight ADVANCE - Remote - Full time

Insight ADVANCE LP is seeking an Implementation Manager with a desire to support educators nationwide—and a passion for providing high-quality, relationship-driven program implementation and training support to those using our web-based products. The goal of this position is to exceed client expectations by fostering high levels of user engagement and empowering professional learning and growth.

This position involves developing a deep familiarity with our innovative platform of products and supporting clients in developing high-quality implementation plans and providing detail-oriented user training and support. The implementation of each of our products is highly impacted by the unique policies and environment in place. The Implementation Manager must understand this role is about supporting teacher growth and instructional coaching—and have the experience and skills necessary to engage at the school, district or state level to understand the full context for implementation.

The candidate will be able to operate independently, proactively address clients’ concerns, and resolve both program and product support as needed. Additionally, our ideal candidate prides him or herself with being a strong contributor to a positive company culture and must thrive in a fun remote-team environment.

Qualifications • Experience as a teacher and/or instructional coach in a K-12 setting or extensive experience working in a K-12 or higher education environment • Excellent reflective communication skills, both verbal and written, also one-on-one or in large groups • Extensive experience using education technology • Demonstrable ability to analyze multiple variables and constraints, and propose aligned solutions • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment • Able to work with little supervision and complete projects

Essential Job Functions Building strong relationships with teams and clients: • Provide consistent support to Executives, Sales, and Product teams to facilitate coordinated service • Stay actively informed on and engaged in supporting sales conversations and network building with potential clients • Support the Sales & Marketing teams in providing custom implementation options for potential clients or marketing materials as needed • Support internal training around product offerings for both Insight ADVANCE and our partners at Insight Education Group

Account management and setup: • Coordinate with the product team to manage account set-up and configuration • Conduct large group training virtually, using a variety of software tools • Provide a single point of personalized contact for client implementations including training and implementation management • Track the activation and deactivation of accounts per contracts and trial periods • Maintain implementation documentation such as implementation and training guides • Develop and maintain a clear outline of necessary system specifications and hardware recommendations

Technical support for end users: • Provide basic Tier 1 technical support to end users via email or chat in conjunction with the product support team • Manage tickets and follow up with end users via a ticket support system

Track trends and external resources: • Clearly communicate user needs internally and track long-term trends in research and client requests to inform product development • Develop a clear picture of the client landscape of network, hardware, and user-engagement in K-12, organizational, or higher-education settings

Location This position is remote, however, we are seeking someone to cover Central and Eastern time zone work hours. We are looking for the best candidate with availability for limited domestic travel within the United States. Insight ADVANCE is a virtual company headquartered in Encino, CA. We seek to hire the best person for the position, regardless of location. Currently, our staff members reside in California, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, and Kentucky.
