Implementation Manager

Flocabulary - Multiple Locations - Full time

Flocabulary is seeking an Implementation Manager in Texas to help our customers get the most out of the Flocabulary program, ensuring that their student learning objectives and usage targets are met, building relationships with teachers and administrators to strengthen implementation, and working with them to secure renewals and continued use of Flocabulary. Additionally, the IM will partner with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.


You have a deep respect for education and experience interacting with educators, either as a teacher and/or an instructional coach. You can teach anyone just about anything and excel at creating simple instructions for complex systems. You are extremely detail-oriented, yet you align your approach with big picture customer goals. You love working in a fast-paced, team environment and you approach your work with a customer-centric humility and empathy.


  • Lead the successful implementation of Flocabulary and all aspects of account management for new and existing schools and districts
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve renewal targets
  • Develop and execute success planning (goal alignment, usage and student outcomes, account reviews, trainings, renewal/upsell)
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement, using usage data and health metrics to prioritize services
  • Develop and maintain authentic relationships with school and district leadership
  • Liaise between technical customer support and customers
  • Work closely with your counterparts on the Sales team to coordinate handoffs and upsell opportunities
  • Assist in the ongoing development of professional development materials and educator resources
  • Contribute to the evolution of the customer implementation process
  • Collect feedback on product implementation and provide insights to our Product team


  • You have 3 or more years of experience as a teacher and/or instructional coach
  • You have experience in an implementation/account management position in the K-12 market
  • You have demonstrated success building senior level relationships and managing complex projects
  • Empathy comes easily and you have great respect for the hard work that happens everyday in classrooms
  • You care deeply about fostering in students a lifelong love of learning
  • You are an excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills
  • You have experience training a group of people on something new
  • You are willing to travel. This position requires a driver’s license
