All About the Job

Under the guidance of the Director of Implementation, the Implementation Coordinators are key members of our onboarding team supporting successful implementation outcomes for new Customers. The candidate will actively coordinate all efforts related to the onboarding of new Customers and assist with the implementation of all Aeries products. This role will also collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the onboarding needs of all Customers are being satisfied. Successful candidates will have a passion for continual professional development and learning that keeps them up to date on Aeries product features and the needs of K-12 school districts.

Your mission

★Serve as a coordinator for new district implementations to Aeries. In this role, the candidate will be expected to effectively manage project timelines, consistently document project notes and progress, coordinate with a wide variety of District Customers as well as Aeries staff (DBAs, Data Conversion Specialists, Support, et al.). Implementation Coordinators will be responsible for conducting weekly calls with new Districts to productively manage various milestones (including: Initial Walkthrough, Attendance & Courses Milestones, ongoing Data Review, and Go Live).

★Identify training needs by communicating directly with the Director of Training and/or Training Specialists to ensure the content and timing of the Customer’s training sessions are closely aligned to meet district needs.

★Continually learn and master the latest features of Aeries as well as actively engage in ongoing discussions on Aeries Next Gen development.

★Develop, audit, and update internal implementation resources such as documentation, project management tools, videos, etc.

★Assist with Sales demonstrations to potential new Customers.

About You

Expressive - Candidate should possess clear and concise communication skills (both orally and in writing/presentation materials) and be comfortable in front of large audiences.

Organization - Candidate should be able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities thoroughly, independently, and on time through proper prioritization and time management.

Extensive Knowledge of Aeries - Candidate should have experience in the technical and practical functions and processes of Aeries allowing the candidate to easily navigate where data should migrate in Aeries.

Flexible - Candidate needs to be responsive and on-point when jumping to and from a variety of scheduled and unplanned demands throughout the course of a day. The candidate will need to thrive in tasks that require working independently, as well as be able to effectively contribute as a member of the entire Implementation Team.

Communication - Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Knowledge and Experience

★Bachelor's Degree or higher (or 7+ years work experience in Educational Technology)

★Three or more years of direct customer-facing experience.

★Prior knowledge of Aeries SIS, Student Information Systems, or other data-related educational software

★Fully remote or hybrid based at our offices in Orange, CA.

Travel Requirements

★Candidate will be expected to travel on occasion and provide dynamic, effective interactions to diverse groups in a variety of formats and venues.

Physical Requirements

★Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation

★$75,000 - $95,000 annual salary, based on experience and skills

★Bonuses awarded for exceptional performance and other metric-driven initiatives
