The Curriculum (Your Role):

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the technical set up process for our largest Districts on our paid product, Seesaw for Schools, and work proactively to ensure they feel confident using Seesaw throughout the school year. Additionally, you will support smaller schools as needed. We are looking for a tactical and compassionate problem-solver.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Proactive outreach to school districts
  • Lead district set-up calls for a large portfolio of customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the customer success team
  • Advocate for customers by collecting and organizing product feedback
  • Identify and carry out initiatives to improve customer experience

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • Motivated by ensuring that customers are happy and successful using Seesaw
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support for a technical product
  • Proactively help customers achieve success
  • Track record of high customer satisfaction
  • Translate technical concepts and workflows to non-technical users
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
