Implementation Coach

Role

Implementation Coaches promote inquirED’s mission of inquiry for every student by working closely with district leadership to ensure strong implementation of their inquiry-based social studies curriculum. Coaches also design and deliver professional development sessions that engage educators in the same kind of inquiry-based learning their students will receive.

Implementation Coaches are passionate about understanding the unique challenges that educators face so that they can offer personalized, contextual support. They are collaborative, communicative, and nimble as they work with both the inquirED team, as well as partner districts.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of/experience with inquiry-based learning
  • Previous instructional coaching experience
  • Expertise in adult learning theory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • A passion for affecting positive change within a school system
  • Willingness to travel

The base compensation range for this role is $75,000-90,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
