Implementation and Customer Support Associate

We are currently looking for an Implementation Support Associate to join xSEL Labs. This is a full-time position and is ideal for early stage professionals or customer service professionals who are looking to return to the workforce. In this role, you will join our growing team to assist with the implementation and customer support tasks for our online SEL assessments.

What you’ll do…

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain customer support resources
  • Assist with onboarding of clients, including student registration and rostering
  • Assist with updates to student, teacher, and administrator accounts
  • Generate demo logins for prospective clients
  • Assist with administration of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Work collaboratively towards continuous implementation and customer support improvement
  • Other implementation, customer care, and administrative duties, as assigned
