We need a customer success pro in NYC who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Higher Ed SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience up-selling and securing renewals
  • Strong Technical Aptitude
  • Strong Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including some international travel
  • Proven history of success in a startup environment
