The opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Revenue to join our team. As our growth champion, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive team and will be responsible for overall sales (earned revenue) for the organization, including growth, partnership activation, and revenue maximization. You will work closely with all functions, including Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure we are aligned in all activities to achieve our growth objectives.

  • Responsible for owning the overall sales (earned revenue) goal for the organization, projected to grow to tens of millions of ARR in the next 2-3 years.
  • Develop and refine revenue growth strategies with the leadership team and key stakeholders; build out and execute on short-term and long-term revenue growth strategies
  • Responsible for organizational design (team structure, compensation) including processes and systems, workflows to ensure efficient running and evolution of revenue function and cross-functional collaboration with other functions of the organization
  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from partner acquisition to engagement, renewal, expansion and pricing, across partner segments, to create sustainable growth.
  • Propel Sales Leadership to develop and implement robust revenue driving strategies that create long-term partner value.
  • Drive Marketing Leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Create accountability within the company by accurate forecasting and developing appropriate metrics and coordinating goals, resources, and comp plans accordingly.
  • Build and manage a partnerships playbook for current and future partners and coordinate its implementation across sales, partner success, and marketing..
  • Drive a lean start-up-style environment of constant experimentation and learning.

Who you are

  • You are an experienced and ambitious revenue growth leader with a proven track record of growing and delivering substantial and sustained growth within a B2B SaaS/Enterprise Software environment, specifically in the K-12 education space.
  • You are an experienced revenue leader having run and grown revenue teams responsible for 8-digit ARR in the organization (including sales, partner renewals, expansions etc), including setting up processes and systems for the revenue teams.
  • You are passionate about sales and revenue growth with demonstrated experience of sales strategy processes, sales accountability processes.
  • You are data-driven with a proven capability to regularly measure and analyze productivity and effectiveness leading to actionable insights.
  • You have strong business acumen, regularly informing product road maps, market positioning, and determining budget trade-offs to drive sustainable growth.
  • You are results-oriented, obsessing about key customer metrics and insights to ensure we provide the highest possible customer outcomes profitably.
  • You strive for organizational excellence, demonstrating by doing and thereafter ensuring the highest standards of execution across your teams.
  • You have demonstrable leadership capabilities, able to credibly lead and influence across a complex dispersed workforce in a high-growth environment.
