Head of Demand Generation (Remote - Eastern or Central Time Zone)

We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to create extraordinary marketing experiences for users at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Your work will be instrumental in creating a scalable revenue generation engine, including campaign strategy, ROI analysis and reporting, and driving the successful execution of marketing programs. You might be a good fit if you have the following:

Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B) with responsibility for the demand generation function at a SaaS company (particularly in Series A-B stage companies).
  • 1+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role, with the ability to recruit, retain, and motivate both existing and future talent.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM solutions (Salesforce and Hubspot experience a plus).
  • Proven record of successful campaign development across multiple channels and mediums, including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and live events.

Your responsibilities

As the leader of a small team, your role breaks out into four main functions:

Planning and Strategy

  • Own and refine the strategy and execution of Demand Generation, driving leads and first meetings
  • Strategically plan programs across the entire sales cycle, including acquiring net-new customers, unsticking stalled opportunities and retaining/expanding established clients.

Team Leadership

  • Develop and manage a world-class marketing team by inspiring team members to push boundaries, and take calculated risks to produce high-impact results, and grow KickUp’s footprint.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure campaigns are aligned to targeted personas and defined value propositions.

Demand Generation Execution

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end marketing programs, including but not limited to email automation, inbound and external events, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
  • Create and manage the lifecycle of new inbound leads, including improving the conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and drive qualified opportunities from KickUp’s key accounts.

Tracking and Measuring Results

  • Manage the creation of reports and dashboards for daily and executive-level needs.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign results, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Report and communicate Demand Gen’s goals and marketing impact across the organization.

Position Details

  • We are a remote-first team with a high level of flexibility.
  • Salary Range — $90,000 - $120,000 base with additional incentives for hitting personal, team, and company-wide targets and stock options in our growing company.
