Our client is changing the way students do science experiments by providing a digital platform for working in the laboratory. They are seeking a Director of Customer Success to build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients.

What You'd Be Up To:

  • Designing and building out systems that will increase renewal rates
  • Minimizing churn rates
  • Working with marketing and product teams to build solid feedback loops
  • Building out a team of solid customer success reps
  • Improving upon existing policies and implementing better ones where necessary

A Bit About You:

  • Charismatic
  • Ear for customer needs
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • 6 years of experience heading customer success teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A desire to live abroad...in Scandinavia?
