Growth Marketing Manager (SEO and Content)

About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager (SEO & Content) you will create and manage content that drives inbound marketing for both talent and enterprise customers within our marketplace. You will be a key part of the founding team and help us build a loyal following for talent across the lifecycle of their career. You’re excited to own and drive the content strategy from concept through completion with a focus on inbound acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, write, edit and manage the day-to-day production of technical content across all relevant channels.
  • Launch appropriate content formats: white papers, expert Q&A, webinars, user tools, podcasts, etc.
  • Identify and launch new channels that engage an audience of engineers within Aviation, Aerospace and the Automotive sector.
  • Identify subject matter experts from the Aerospace, Aviation and Automotive sector.
  • Drive SERP, organic traffic and industry leading conversion rates, setting targets and KPIs.
  • Create scalable and engaging content for SEO.
  • Work closely with design, engineering and product team to identify what types of content could be incorporated into product features.
  • Use our internal metrics and insights to inform content and drive lead generation.
  • Identify ways to automate unique content at scale.
  • Collaborate with our larger employer and business development partners.
  • Write and produce social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, SlideShare) using best practices.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree from a top university
  • 5+ years work experience in content development, community management, journalism or similar
  • 2+ years experience developing technical, B2B content or at a trade publication
  • Deep experience with Content Production (WordPress, etc), SEO (Ahrefs, MarketMuse, SEMRush, Moz), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics, Mixpanel), CRM (eg. Salesforce, Marketo), Email (Mailchimp, etc)
  • Experience with Google Docs, Airtable (or similar), PowerPoint.
  • You’re comfortable and enjoy learning new technical tools as they become available.

  • Experience in Edtech, HR Tech or Workforce Development
  • Experience writing about a technical product, market
  • Experience with Online Corporate Learning & Development (eg. Udemy, Pluralsight, Lynda)
