GoEnnounce, a k-12 digital portfolio software tool is looking for a school sales representative & account manager to join our quickly growing team! We are looking for candidates just as excited as we are in providing an innovative technology tool in the k-12 classroom. This role is responsible for meeting sales goals as outlined in the annual strategic plan. 

Objectives:

  • -Strategically manage in-bound leads, qualify prospects, and generate new business from in-bound leads.
  • -Maintain relationships with current GoEnnounce customers for renewals & deal growth.
  • -Leverage current customers for referrals to grow surrounding territory.
  • -Leverage your existing relationships to generate new business for GoEnnounce.

What you’ll be doing:

  • -Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually through phone calls, emails, product demos and presentations,
  • -Traveling to trade shows and meeting with prospective clients.
  • -Preparing product proposals & sales contracts.
  • -Maintain detailed account profiles in CRM application.
  • -Customer retention activities will include coordinating and/or occasionally preforming customer training sessions, customer service outreach monitoring customers current usage, and managing inbound customer service needs.

  • - Is an excellent communicator and listener in-person as well as via phone and email
  • - Is empathetic and friendly, and enjoys connecting with new people
  • - Is persistent, organized, and goal oriented 
  • - Is very comfortable with CRM systems, and can track data and use it to support ideas and inform behavior
  • - Has 2-5 years education sales experience
