We are looking for a high-energy sales manager who will serve as the face of Elevate K-12 in the Houston metro area. We want someone who can’t sleep because they want to hit the ground running. Someone who will work with school districts to build relationships and close accounts. You will have the ability to imprint the company with your own energy, passion, and knowledge of the industry. Who are we looking for?

  • Do you thrive on building relationships and helping customers solve their problems?
  • Do you feel confident delivering an engaging, exciting presentation to school administrators?
  • Can you take a complex topic and explain it in simple, straightforward terms?
  • Are you able to identify goals and pursue them relentlessly?
  • Do you seek out solutions to problems by asking why and act on these answers with zeal?
  • Do you have a background in prospecting leads, setting meetings, and closing sales?

What will you do?

  • Develop strategies for business development and achieve company sales goals.
  • Create and adjust campaign strategies based on what the clients need.
  • Maintain existing client accounts while developing strategies for new customer accounts.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Develop a rapport with clients to gain an understanding of their needs.
  • Compile information and data related to customer requirements.


This a full-time position. Bachelor’s degree is preferred with experience in education sales. Travel may be required for this job. You’ll work with a fantastic experienced team, and you’ll have an immediate, substantial impact with a company focused on helping struggling students across the country.
