Enterprise Account Executive 

Job Description

CodeHS is looking for a Texas-Based Enterprise Account Executive to help grow CodeHS and bring computer science education to more schools, districts and students. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and managing a pipeline of leads to increase the number of schools and districts regularly using CodeHS. You'll be working closely with teachers and school and district administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with teachers and administrators to help them reach their goals for offering computer science and turn them into customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Communicate with school and district stakeholders online and in person, including demos to advocate the benefits of CodeHS to potential customers and align to their needs
  • Develop mastery of the CodeHS solution and the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams, and actively communicate school and district needs to the rest of the CodeHS team
  • Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track and report activity and accurately manage your pipeline
  • Exemplify CodeHS’s mission and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent market experience/knowledge
  • 2+ years of K-12 field sales experience in Texas
  • Network of school district administrators in Texas
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement solutions like MixMax to optimize sales performance
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Availability to travel within your assigned territory as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Texas (ideally a major metropolitan area like Dallas, Austin or Houston).

Must be authorized to work in the US.
