Job Description

Avenues seeks an Enrollment Analyst to join the global enrollment management team, reporting to the Global Enrollment Operations Manager. This role ensures that we collect accurate and compelling information on our global enrollment efforts to convey to key stakeholders across Avenues. This role invites significant collaboration and space to innovate, helping to drive our enrollment management practice forward. It is the ideal position for an inquisitive and systematic thinker looking to increase their impact within the enrollment analytics space.

What You'll Do 

Support and enhance data analytics on admissions and enrollment at Avenues

• Daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment funnel reports, delivering accurate and digestible data to help drive performance and identify opportunities.
• Executive summaries highlighting key findings that inform our pursuit of optimal enrollment.
• Quarterly analysis to support strategic initiatives budget/staffing projections.
• Survey analytics, including admitted students, non-applicants, and event attendees.
• Reporting and analysis on other topics as requested (e.g., student demographics, financial aid spending, academic performance compared to intake).
• Collaborate closely across functions, particularly with analyst colleagues from Research and Analytics, Finance, and Strategy areas

Build and refine forecasting and predictive modeling tools to inform decision-making

• Identify the essential elements necessary to achieve and sustain optimal enrollment outcomes on each campus.
• Understand the options and trade-offs for specific levers that drive enrollment (financial aid, size of grade, frequency of admissions events, etc.).
• Provide key stakeholders with pertinent data measuring the impact of current and proposed admissions and enrollment initiatives.

Respond to ad-hoc enrollment data and reporting requests

• Address inquiries and assemble reports for key stakeholders (both internally and externally), including the global leadership team, board of directors, heads of school, partner orgs, etc.
• Prepare data for annual market surveys and reporting (NAIS DASL, niche.com, local market consortiums, etc.).
• Verify the integrity of all data provided.

Qualifications

• Obsessed with data and analytics, understanding its value to drive performance, decision-making, and strategic planning.
• 2-3+ years of experience and growing responsibility in education data analytics or a related field.
• Superb collaborator and team player.
• Comfort with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize effectively as needed.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Critical eye for detail/data errors.

Additional information

If hired for this position in New York, the compensation range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, 401K savings plan and generous paid time off.
