At Landed, we strive to help educators build financial security in the communities they serve by providing down payment support to educators when they’re ready to buy a home. The primary way we reach public school educators is by establishing a partnership with their school district or charter school. Landed is looking for a resourceful, motivated, and relationship-driven person to optimize how we engage and get the most out of our current school partners. This role is based in San Francisco and scope will expand and evolve to support Landed’s expansion to new markets across the US.

From day one, you will:

* Manage and deepen relationships with our existing school partners to generate more awareness of Landed amongst their employee base

* Regularly track and analyze new partnership engagement tactics* Proactively identify new opportunities to serve current school partners

* Craft regular communications to school leaders and measure the effectiveness of these efforts

* Help operationalize outreach and engagement with both new and existing school partners

* Anticipate and address evolving school needs as Landed grows in both mature and new regions

* Be the bridge between the Growth and Customer Experience teams. Collect and document program feedback from schools to share with both teams

* Travel and meet with school leaders and staff around the Bay Area

* Deliver a consistent, high quality experience to all of Landed’s school partners

* Become an expert in the ins and outs of the Landed product. Clearly articulate the Landed product and value proposition.

* Comfortable with regular travel around the Bay Area and occasionally to other markets.

* You have excellent time management skills, with proven ability to multitask, accomplishing numerous tasks and prioritizing strategically.

* Good natured and enjoy spending time with a diverse group of people both inside and outside of work.

* A professional with at least 5 years of work experience in these areas of expertise.

* Relevant experience in sales, account management, organizing, program management or a client-facing role preferred. Industry experience in education a plus.
