Educational Partnerships Manager

Insight ADVANCE has developed a suite of products that connects self-reflection, coaching and peer collaboration, observation and evaluation in one place. Reporting to the VP of Educational Partnerships, you will be responsible for selling the suite of products and renewals to school districts, schools and state education agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a quantifiable record of success in K12 sales and SaaS sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. A strong belief in the importance of improving teacher growth is a must.

Location: Remote (Western US preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties

- Initiate and develop consultative sales relationships with administrator-level, state, district and school leaders.

- Close Sales

- Meet/exceed sales goals.

- Manage and build a customer base of K12 districts, schools and Higher Ed organizations and maintain records within the Salesforce CRM.

- Employ effective selling techniques including, pre-call planning, effective opening, and productive questioning strategies that lead to a close.

- Demonstrate superb organizational and follow up abilities.

- Maintain positive relationships with state, district, school and higher ed leaders in our target market.

- Maintain expert “product knowledge” surrounding Insight ADVANCE’s suite of products.

- Demonstrate our suite of products virtually and in-person.

- Demonstrate excellence in technology skills- online demonstrations, virtual meetings.

- Attend local, district or national conferences.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years sales experience, K12 education market is preferred.

- Demonstrated understanding of school, district and state agency sales cycles, budget process and purchasing process.

- Proven track record of excelling in a fast- paced work environment and managing time effectively.

- Experience with the consultative sales process and lead prospecting, acquisition and qualifying.

- Experience with outbound calling and ability to follow up.

- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written.

- Experience implementing and using Salesforce.

- Ability to work remotely in a home office and travel occasionally.
