About Us

Science Bits ( is the developer of a 20-times awarded digital Science curriculum for Middle and High School which stands out in its brilliant pedagogical design and its wide display of multimedia and interactive resources.

Science Bits is a research-grounded science curriculum that promotes the change from a transmission educational model, based on the transmission of facts from teacher to learner, to a constructivist one, based on inquiry, critical thinking, discovery and learning-by-doing. To do so, Science Bits has adopted the constructivist 5E Instructional Model, which promotes real understanding and engages students in science learning while helping them value the relevance of science to their lives.

In School Year 2016/17 Science Bits was launched in the US market with the support of local EdTech distributors and resellers, which have introduced the program in hundreds of schools in more than 60 school districts.

In this context, the Educational Consultant's responsibility will be to support our West Coast partners and our customers in all the relevant dimensions regarding Science Bits' promotion and implementation, and specially in:

  • Introducing Science Bits to new customers
  • Supporting sales in schools and districts
  • Providing Professional Development
  • Providing technical and pedagogical support
  • Attending Shows and Conferences

Duties and responsibilities

Product and Methodology Presentations

  • Introduce Science Bits and its educational foundations to new customers (Assistant Superintendents for Instruction, Curriculum Executive Directors, Science coordinators, etc.).
  • Attend Educational Trade Shows and Conferences to present Science Bits to prospect users.

Sales Support

  • Promote the acquisition of Science Bits by schools and districts as a means of supporting our partners' commercial actions.
  • Participate in commercial actions developed by our partners.

Professional Development

  • Teach science educators about Science Bits' foundations and best practices.
  • Provide in-person and online PD sessions to train science educators using Science Bits for the first time.
  • Train other trainers and our partners' sales representatives regarding Science Bits content and technology.

Technical and Pedagogical Support

  • Provide guidance and answer any inquiries from teachers using Science Bits, whether technical, practical or pedagogical issues.
  • Assist partners in the implementation of pilots and the resolution of any kind of issues regarding the program.


  • Report incidences, suggestions, and demands from customers to the Science Bits development team.
  • Participate in Science Bits' research projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: University degree in Science (Biology, Geology, Physics, Chemistry, etc.).

Experience: at least 2 years working in the Education Sector. Teaching experience.

Skills: Communication, teaching & sales skills. Fluency with digital means.

Full time job

Salary: $60,000 fixed compensation + 100% based on achievement of sales objectives
