Education Success Manager

As an Education Success Manager, you will collaborate with all MIND teams, build value and engagement, guide product usage, ensure success through on-site and remote interactions. This role requires interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with district administrators and principals, and deep strengths with presenting meaningful, engaging professional development. As a passionate and creative problem-solver, you will generate enthusiasm for math and ST Math, ultimately transforming the lives of the students we serve.

Master-level consulting skills to:

  • Proactively monitor and manage a large caseload of schools and support school teams to accomplish progress goals
  • Strategically plan and deliver effective in-person and virtual support to administrators and educators
  • Coordinate, plan, and facilitate onsite and online professional development for teachers and administrators
  • Conduct regular achievement review meetings with district and school leadership to reflect on successes and identify areas for growth to work toward achievement goals
  • Regularly monitor data to prioritize schools and identify strategies to use to support schools
  • Develop and maintain deep, two-way relationships with school leaders to ensure their satisfaction, success, and retention
  • Provide input on program-wide content needs, participate in creating session materials and executing large program conferences and events
  • Collaborate deeply with team to share ideas and develop program-wide strategy going beyond your own caseload
  • Develop deep ST Math program expertise and stay up to day with program changes

The ability to inspire educators in the following situations:

  • Partnering with school leaders around culture building, analyzing data, implementing PD plans to support their teachers, and see progress toward goals
  • Strategizing with district leaders around how to support school leaders in the work
  • Working directly with teachers and champions to improve math education and using ST Math effectively to drive student outcomes

Expert knowledge of and experience with:

  • Serving as a change agent and influencer with district and school leaders
  • Adult learning theory and strategies to engage educators
  • Building and maintaining relationships with school and district level administrators
  • ST Math or other math educational software

  • Allocate resources and strategically plan your time to maximize your impact in all schools
  • Keep every educator thinking about the next step of their implementation

This position reports to the Massachusetts Program Manager. It is also important to be comfortable turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance. This role ideally will be near Worcester, MA or in the Central MA area, and will require substantial local travel within primarily central Massachusetts, up to 75%.
