Education Marketing Manager

UBTECH Robotics - Los Angeles, California or Remote - Full time

UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP is looking for a passionate and strategic Education (EDU) Marketing Manager to join the team in Downtown Los Angeles. The EDU Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and deploying marketing strategies to drive growth, including thought leadership campaigns and lead generation tactics.  

Responsibilities:

●Manage the overall marketing strategy plan as well as user and product insights for the Education vertical within the overall UBTECH marketing group

●Develop a deep understanding of UBTECH Education, including how users engage with our coding and robotics solutions

●Promote the Education vertical across a variety of channels (email, social, web, etc.)

●Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy

●Continuously position the Education solution portfolio in alignment with market demands and relevant business needs

●Develop and nurture a close relationship with sales to align on targets, campaigns, lead management, and lead follow-up strategies

●Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, content developers, and salespeople to launch and support educational robotics and coding solutions from:

     ○Initial market validation

     ○Positioning and messaging through the marketing pipeline

     ○Go-to-market strategy and launch execution

     ○Post-sales strategies and support

●Create, support, and maintain marketing portfolio/assets for the Education vertical as well as our reseller partnerships

●Work directly with sales to define needs and trends to grow brand recognition and innovation in the K-12 education space

●Develop sales enablement strategies including but not limited to:

     ○CRM building

     ○Event attendance

      ○Creation of customer assets

     ○Target account list cultivation and management

Qualifications:

●BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in education and/or education marketing

●Experience in robotics and coding is a strong plus

●Strong understanding of emerging market trends, technologies, and integration strategies

●Ability to effectively tell a story with data, track ROI, and make data-informed decisions

●Understanding the voice of customers, need-benefits, buyer personas, and journeys, and translating that into impactful positioning, value proposition, and message architecture

●Experience in lead generation and ability to bring innovative ideas for engaging with educators

●Experience developing print and digital marketing pieces

●Ability to work across multiple projects and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines

●Strong verbal and written communication

●Creative thinker who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and executing solutions rapidly and effectively

●Self-starter with a high level of creativity, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management skills

●Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, a plus
