Education Marketing Manager

UBTECH Education - Los Angeles, California - Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for education products, aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and other teams to define target market segments, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, presentations, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and social media and website content in collaboration with the Marketing team to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and websites to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Plan and execute tradeshow events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our products, engage prospects, and nurture leads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize tactics, and report on ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to identify co-marketing opportunities to amplify our brand presence and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with Tech Operations to create and maintain high-quality documentation, including videos, demos, tutorials, training materials, and FAQs, to support users throughout their journey.
  • Leverage HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing tools to optimize lead capture, create workflow automation, manage campaigns, and generate reports.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in STEM education, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in education marketing, particularly in Edtech, education, or teacher training.
  • Experience with STEM, coding, or robotics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytical tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to travel for tradeshows (up to 20% travel).
