Education Account Manager

Nepris - Multiple Locations or Remote - Full time

Although location can be remote, we are looking for candidates that reside in the mid-west. Ideally, the candidate will be located in one of the following states: WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, KY.

Role Brief: An Education Account Manager (EAM) is expected to be proficient in five key competencies: communication, relationship building, business acumen, teamwork, and analytical thinking.

This individual will play a fundamental role in building lasting relationships with our primary partners: education administrators, educators at the school, district, or regional level. The EAM will be responsible for program adoption by ensuring customer satisfaction through impeccable service and strong communication. The EAM will be a subject matter expert and provide clients with best practices and strategies for program improvement. This individual will collaborate with key account holders to define success KPIs and conduct business reviews to ensure users are trending to meet these goals.

The EAM will also work across departments within the organization to provide thought partnership on strategic initiatives that drive usage, adoption, and retention. This individual will work closely with their regional sales manager to identify expansion opportunities or renewal risks. The EAM will partner with a regional Customer Success Manager to ensure all levels of users have the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to succeed.

Candidates must be confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders and utilizing technology effectively. Access to a work environment free of distraction that promotes a positive customer experience is required.

Responsibilities

●Serve as primary Nepris contact for assigned education customers

●Maintain ownership of assigned accounts including high profile priority accounts

●Conduct strategic business reviews with point of contacts to monitor and revise implementation strategies that drive customer usage

●Build and retain strong partnerships with clients from all levels of the business

●Serve as an industry and program expert to provide best practices and guidance to both internal and external partnerships

●Develop targeted campaigns to increase usage and expand adoption

●Partner with regional Customer Success Manager to ensure end-users have the resources, training, and support needed to be successful

●Work closely with regional sales managers to ensure they stay informed on customer account health, usage, and expansion opportunities

●Work with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing and Leadership to design strategies that promote program adoption

●Manage account portfolio including documentation within CRM, timely communication with POCs, and retention/expansion of accounts

●Maintain an understanding of how our products are accepted by customers and develop corrective action to aide adoption or report quality, performance, competitive issues

●Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Skills & Qualifications

●Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales

●Classroom or EdTech experience highly preferred

●Ability to analyze data and interpret outcomes with internal and external key stakeholders

●Superb computer skills including Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and social media

●Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Monday.com, Slack experience is a plus

●Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

●Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

●Creative problem-solving with attention to details
