Edtech Sales Executives

Seeking Experienced Edtech Sales Executives for New Sales Team - Top Priority is filling Territory Open in New England, Mid-Atlantic, Central Region, and California !

A sales team is being created for a suite of interrelated solutions for the K-12 classroom market. This product suite of SaaS products will empower educators by providing educational tools for success in the classroom offering a remote learning environment.

Our team has a long history as an innovator in K-12 education not only in the US, but also in all markets around the world. We’re already engaged with educators globally and serve millions of students. We work side-by-side with educators and school leaders, fitting our products into the classrooms and providing implementation assistance and customer service all the way.

We are building a new sales team now. We are seeking experienced edtech sales reps across the country who will become an expert on our solutions, identify opportunities to serve schools, and achieve revenue goals. The candidates should be experienced within their geographic area selling into the K-12 market. You’ll be a good fit if you are skilled at consultative sales, highly motivated, and prepared to build the business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success selling edtech SaaS products, possesses knowledge of the K-12 market, works well in a fast-paced environment, has a high energy level, and is driven to achieve sales goals.


Develop and maintain expertise on the portfolio of products

Research competition to strategically drive new sales

Maintain an understanding of purchasing requirements and industry trends

Build solid relationships within the territory at the school and district level

Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up on territory management

Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline opportunities

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of successful, recent, sales experience selling edtech products

Specific sales experience to K-12 schools and school districts

A quota-carrying individual contributor, established within a geographic region

Proven ability to manage a multi-million dollar pipeline of opportunities, while providing excellent service to existing accounts

Experience selling at the school and district level within the assigned region

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

Must be able to travel within the assigned territory, as needed, and also travel for occasional national meetings, trade shows or events

Demonstrated ability to work independently, past experience with working remotely in a home-office, with minimum supervision, knowing when to travel to manage demos and close deals

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven knowledge of the education sector with relationships at the district level

Familiarity with state and local timelines for technology based materials

Experience in prior outside sales roles in K-12 edtech sales is required. This is not an entry-level position. Resumes without this experience will not be considered.
