eCare Vault is a fast-growing Boston startup focused on providing a cloud-based solution to K-12 schools to support them in providing the care and services that students need. Position description

We are looking for our next trusted Sales Executive to manage a multi-state territory based in our downtown Boston office. You will be a trusted advisor looking to make a big impact in education, build partnerships with district leadership, and help us grow. This is a new business development role, focused on acquiring new customers through the value of the eCare Vault platform. This position will report to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing. You bring new and energetic ideas to the table. You are excited about sharing ideas to initiate change. You are passionate because you believe in the value of eCare Vault and the impact we can make at schools and in student care teams. This is the type of sales professional our customers buy from.


  • Cultivating relationships and engaging with prospects to uncover needs and pain points to position our solution in the K-12 market. • Strategically prospecting targeted accounts to connect with decision makers at districts and schools. • Understanding and navigating through the complexities of selling into school districts, including buying cycles and district budgeting. • Organizing and leading discovery calls resulting in building mutually beneficial relationships and opportunities.
  • Demonstrating the eCare Vault platform to individuals and groups per the prospective customer’s needs, typically using video conferencing. • Needs-based selling, quoting, following-up, closing and reporting on your progress. • Winning new customers… a lot.
  • A week in the life of a Sales Executive

    eCare Vault Sales Executives are a customer engagement team, focused on acquiring new clients. As a Sales Executive, you will work with District Administrators and school service providers to build awareness, provide solutions, and win new accounts. You will work deals from start to close. They may originate from marketing leads, your cold calling efforts or from customer referrals. You will conduct meetings and demos virtually via web conferencing and travel to key customers when needed. You will close deals and exceed sales quotas. Qualifications

  • Growth minded with a proven history of winning new customers in the K-12 education technology space. • 3 to 5 years of software or technology selling, preferably in the K-12 market. • Naturally curious and eager to learn more about a customer’s specific needs. • Effortlessly able to speak to the value eCare Vault offers to a school district. • Firm understanding into the nuances of selling into schools and working with administrators. • You are metrics driven with a proficiency in consultative solution selling and building pipelines.
  • Have the ability to travel for key customer meetings, conferences and industry events. • Exceptional organizational and follow up skills. • Process, systems and task oriented. • College Degree required.
