Education Sales Manager

Piper, Inc - San Francisco, California - Full time

At Piper, we’re on a mission to enable kids to ‘invent their world’ by developing creative confidence in the technology building blocks of the future. We envision a future where anyone can construct their ideas into reality and build their own digital devices. Towards that future, Piper creates hands-on computer science products that are engaging, student-centered and designed to teach STEAM from the inside-out. Through our products, kids gain fluency in computing, electronics, software and mechanics that combined will empower them to create and understand anything in the digital-physical world.

Our first product, the award-winning Piper Computer Kit, challenges kids to build their own computer from start to finish and then takes them on a discovery of electronics through inquiry-based learning built with the Raspberry Pi Edition of Minecraft. To date, the Piper Computer Kit has been sold in 76 countries and incorporated into the STEAM curriculum in over 600 schools. The Piper Computer Kit has been nominated for the 2018 Tech Toy of the Year and has earned 5-star ratings from Amazon reviews. With backing from Owl Ventures and an enthusiastic base of thousands of customers, Piper is recognized as a leading brand in creative computing and STEAM education.
