We're Hiring! Edtech Sales Executives Needed Across the Country - Territory Available, All US Cities

The creation is underway to build an innovative and compelling digital educational platform with a focus on English Language Arts, with later rollout in science, social studies, and computer science. This flagship product will empower teachers and students by helping them personalize reading and writing instruction, develop critical language skills, and assess performance. We have a long history as an innovator in K-12 education and have been known in education for years not only in the US, but also in all English language markets and ELL markets around the world. We’re already engaged with educators across the country and serve millions of students in North America. The new sales team for this product will have an open door with a known company name, and a company already present at trade shows throughout the country. We work side-by-side with educators and school leaders, fitting our products into the classrooms and providing implementation assistance and customer service all the way.

We are seeking experienced ed tech sales reps across the country who will become an expert on our solutions, identify opportunities to serve schools, and achieve revenue goals. The candidates should ideally be experienced within their geographic area selling into the K-12 market. You’ll be a good fit if you are skilled at consultative sales, highly motivated, and prepared to build this new business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success selling ed tech instructional products, possesses knowledge of the K-12 market, works well in a fast-paced environment, has a high energy level, and is driven to achieve sales goals.


Develop and maintain expertise on the product

Research competition to strategically drive new sales

Maintain an understanding of state standards, purchasing requirements and industry trends

Build solid relationships within the territory at the school and district level

Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up on territory management

Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecasts

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years successful direct sales experience with K-12 ed tech products

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

Experience selling to districts within the assigned region

Must be able to travel within the territory, as needed, and for occasional national meetings/events

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven knowledge of the education sector and core curriculum market in ELA products

Familiarity with state and local adoption timelines for technology based materials

Demonstrated ability to work independently, remote in a home-office, with minimum supervision, knowing when to travel to close deals
