District Pilot Sales Specialist

This is an in-office role based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with Educational Sales Consultants on strategy, acquisition, and implementation of pilots at the district level
  • Consult with prospective new customers on a pilot implementation that will meet their needs and deliver outcomes based on agreed upon measures of success
  • Track status of pilot pipeline and report performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Engage internal partners when necessary to support pilot strategy
  • Aggregate data and associated insight for administrative consumption
  • Develop relationships at all levels internally and with prospective customers to effectively bring pilots to a successful close
  • Observe and report best practices with pilot strategy and implementation
  • Develop tools, processes, and resources to support best practices and share them within the organization

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience as a school- or district- level administrator, OR experience working as a teacher leader or instructional coach
  • Experience teaching in a K-12 setting
  • Organized, methodical, and detail oriented with the ability to set goals and see them through from start to finish
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Experience with Excel and ease in working with, analyzing, and presenting insights from data
  • Familiarity with web based instructional tools
  • Experience using SalesForce, Google Apps, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-starter and agile learner with a passion for supporting teachers and creating the conditions for better learning outcomes among all students
