The Director of Product Marketing will be at the center of showcasing the value of DreamBox through effective messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies, powering our sales team with impactful sales tools and presentations, and working closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to drive greater product adoption and usage. You are a thinker and a “do-er”—passionate about establishing a strategic vision for product marketing while at the same time comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Finally, you are ready to lead, develop, and grow a product marketing team from the ground up.


  • Apply product marketing approaches to help drive product adoption and usage and ultimately cultivate customer evangelists
  • Lead DreamBox messaging/positioning across the company to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling
  • Identify and develop ways to showcase the DreamBox value proposition using impact data, sales tools, competitive insights, and more
  • Develop high-quality, product-focused content to support demand generation and sales enablement
  • Drive GTM strategies in close collaboration with product management, learning, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Deeply understand key buyer personas, drive this knowledge company wide, and work closely with demand generation to operationalize personas in marketing programs
  • Lead market research and competitive insights as well as the development of related sales tools including battlecards, buyer guides, and more
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand and prioritize the content and resources that drive the biggest business impact
  • Communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team and support training and enablement
  • Grow the Voice of Customer program including references, testimonials, case studies, and more
  • Manage the strategy and content of user groups and conferences to drive retention and engagement, share customer successes, and showcase DreamBox impact


  • 6+ years of B2B product marketing or product management experience at an enterprise technology company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working closely with teams including demand generation, product management, sales, and client experience
  • Familiarity with education technology/K-12 industry a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinker who is constantly innovating and getting things done, comfortable with learning (and sometimes failing) fast, and using data to drive key decision making
  • Excited to partner with both customers and a variety of cross-functional teams including product management, sales, learning, and more
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional team and third-party vendors
  • Enterprise, B2B technology experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Highly adaptive--and proactive--when it comes to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the business and the role product marketing can play in driving overall success
