The Director of People will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention. They’ll also oversee compliance and all other HR strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity about inquirED’s current culture and dynamics of what makes the organization work. They’ll have experience collecting and synthesizing input from team members, identifying opportunities for improvement, and thoughtfully designing and executing on pragmatic solutions that uniquely suit our leadership ethos of transparency and authenticity.

The base compensation range for this role is $110-130K. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
