We are looking for a strategic leader who will drive quality and performance across all channels for our partners and adult learners including web, app, mobile, media, email, sms, and has an appetite for using data to tell a story. What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40% of US students who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 20,000 students, assisted over 3,500 to graduate, and recaptured over $84 million in tuition for our university partners.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a lead for all matters of market research and strategy, including experience strategy and engagement planning
  • Take the lead in discovering and articulating differentiating customer insights and translating them into strategic and creative platforms
  • Envision, craft and develop presentations both internally and externally
  • Develop, direct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research that answers key questions and provides fodder for insight identification
  • Work cross-functionally within ReUp to ensure the successful and creative execution of approved strategies
  • Partner with Partner Success teams to deliver institutional insight and guide approval to a recommended strategic direction
  • Partner with Business Development to create strategic assets, presentations, and participate in new business presentation preparation and delivery
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader and subject matter expert within ReUp, with clients, and within the industry at large
  • Conceive and drive transformational ideas across our businesses, with a focus on innovative learner experiences, digital campaigns, and editorial directions to shape brand voice and tone.
  • Leverage research, data analysis and financial modeling to validate and prioritize opportunities into a case and path for change (e.g. roadmap and business case).
  • Frame brand positioning and go-to-market approaches to help partners bring strategic growth opportunities to life.
  • Craft solutions to help partners meet their objectives from both a revenue and learner success perspective.
  • Build and deliver presentations that are coherent, well organized and compelling.
  • Work virtually across a cross-disciplinary team in a way that ensures that your insights and perspectives can be acted upon quickly and effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong and successful mentorship of team members
  • 10+ years experience developing a suite of written/visual content assets for a consumer audience
  • A track record of developing personalized marketing experiences within the higher education industry; experience with enrollment management
  • A strong creative skill-set as well as empathy for our learners and partners as we drive the scale of the business to help more learners
  • Prior success ‘moving the needle’ for your audiences, with the ability to highlight the positive impact your contributions have had on them
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables and competing priorities at once, including overseeing external partners
  • Prior experience contributing to strategy and a long-term content roadmap
  • A passion for education and interest in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120-$140K, commensurate with experience

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WI.
