As the Director of Engineering you will build and lead our software engineering team to rapidly iterate on our student- and partner-facing products over the next 3 years, so that 1 million first-generation college students - and their supporting institutions of higher education - leverage our products annually to support their paths to graduation and beyond.

Your work will be concentrated in the following areas:

  • Build. You will use your management and leadership skills to grow and lead a team of talented engineers to develop the next generation of our college success products.
  • Scale. You will create collaborative and lean development systems that allow our engineering team to scale effectively.
  • Cultivate. You will partner with other senior leaders to create a product-centric culture that engages and inspires the organization.
