Director of Customer Success

NoRedInk - San Francisco, California or Remote - Full time

NoRedInk helps students learn to write in over 50% of US school districts, and forming strong partnerships with school and district administrators is central to our mission. As the Director of Customer Success for NoRedInk, you would lead our CSM team’s strategic direction and operational execution to create a world-class customer success experience for our clients.

Key Objectives

  • Hire, manage, and develop a fast-growing team of SMB and Enterprise CSM’s.
  • Lead your team to deliver outstanding experiences that drive strong renewals, upsells, adoption and references
  • Become the primary leadership contact post-sales for enterprise deals
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Exemplify NoRedInk’s mission and values in your day-to-day work
  • Measure effectiveness of Customer Success programs through metrics, dashboards and operational reviews
  • Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our customers
  • Ensure all customers have a clearly defined value proposition and are measuring benefits

About You

  • You have 7+ years of account management experience in a SaaS organization
  • You have 5+ years of management experience
  • You have a deep understanding of account management processes for customers of all sizes; enterprise, mid-market, and SMB
  • You have a track record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success
  • You have familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
  • You enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
  • You’re outgoing, organized, creative, and tenacious in making a difference for our customers
  • You want to work at a mission-oriented startup with a talented team
