Are you passionate about setting high school students up to successfully navigate their life after graduation? The Diploma Research Manager will lead the co-development and iterations of Expeditions courses on sense of purpose and design a life of well-being for 10th & 12th-grade students at Summit Public Schools.

The Diploma Research Manager will collaborate with up to five site-based research managers and other faculty members to co-develop, observe, improve, and support a unique set of Expeditions, or electives courses, which aim to ignite students’ passion and purpose. This includes assessment of course curriculum, leading professional development for course teachers, and providing teacher coaching.

The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with a passion for course development, research, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and thrives in an innovative environment.
