SchoolStatus is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Atlanta-area office to support our rapidly growing marketing and sales team. We are looking for candidates with a strong desire to expand their professional career with SchoolStatus. Must be high energy and competitive, with excellent marketing automation skills, technical abilities, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This candidate will develop and execute and measure a variety of marketing programs to support the acquisition of new prospects to be further qualified for active selling. In addition, this role will provide hands-on support for landing pages, website content, and SEO strategies.

  • Develop lead generation and demand generation initiatives (email/nurture campaigns, campaign testing, lead workflow and metrics, webinars, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly analysis of progress and results
  • Manage the marketing automation platform to optimize lead generation, segmentation, campaign execution, lead scoring and nurturing
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and monitor key metrics, A/B testing, and KPIs
  • Build and implement landing pages (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Own the management of landing pages for demand generation
  • Analyze landing page performance data and identify actionable insights
  • Develop effective conversion testing
  • Manage and execute website content and SEO

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience with a SaaS technology
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to problem solve
  • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills
  • Experience in HUBSPOT and PARDOT or other marketing automation technology
  • Persuasive business writing skills to quickly generate interest
  • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationship with marketing and sales teams to become a valued partner to them
  • Proficient with email, voicemail, & Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)

NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOUILD BE AWESOME

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and iMovie)
  • Knowledge of CRM technology (Salesforce.com, or equivalent)
  • Experience with K12 market
