Digital Marketing Manager

ReUp Education is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to run our acquisition and engagement efforts to drive student and university growth. By helping us execute, iterate, and innovate on our outreach strategies across channels, you’ll enable us to achieve our ambitious goal of re-enrolling and supporting millions of college students.

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on creating student-facing materials that touch upon multiple aspects of a student’s return to higher ed, from re-enrollment to graduation. You will take advantage of user segmentation, combined with predictive analytics and automation, to create and disseminate content and messaging that resonates with current and prospective students.

You will also work with our sales team to help drive university partner acquisition through a variety of demand generation tactics. Experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) will be critical as we seek to understand how to best reach and serve both potential partners and students alike, based on their unique needs. What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40% of US students who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 22,500 students, assisted over 5,000 to graduate, and recaptured over $85 million in tuition for our university partners.

What you’ll do

  • Manage student acquisition and engagement efforts across the student lifecycle (re-enrollment to graduation) via email, SMS, and paid advertising channels
  • Manage large amounts of data to effectively deliver the right message to the right learner at the right time.
  • Regularly build and analyze reports related to marketing performance and funnel optimization that allow for making data driven decisions.
  • Design and execute multivariate tests to improve our results
  • Work closely with the Creative Comms & Marketing Technology teams to effectively bring to market new initiatives & assets to refine the learner journey.
  • Assist our Demand Gen team with strategy and implementation of B2B campaigns that grow our partnerships.
  • Limited travel for company retreats and in person team meetings.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience delivering results across the full marketing stack: research, experimentation, acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Fluent with best-in-class consumer marketing platforms, CRMS and processes that enable scale, e.g. Marketing Automation Systems, Analytics Platforms, Outreach Tools, etc.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability techniques and optimizations
  • Ability to balance several projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Hubspot experience required. Hubspot Marketing Software certification a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience running and learning from dozens of A/B tests to improve results over time

  • You collaborate to create effective campaigns that resonate with users and drive key actions -- including email and SMS templates, messaging, landing pages, forms, and workflows
  • Your work is grounded in statistics and marketing analytics, with the ability to seek out the right data to inform your decision making process
  • You embrace technology and itterrate on existing systems to spread ReUp’s mission through multiple channels
  • You are intellectually curious and excited about becoming an industry expert and applying the latest research to your work
  • You’ve leveraged user segmentation and personalized content to improve campaign performance
  • You organize content & campaigns to increase traffic and build our Thought Leadership and B2B efforts
  • Using a positive, growth mindset, you have made the changes and optimizations needed to make a difference in the lives of thousands of adult learners

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000-$85,000, based on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees; we pay 100% of the employee's premium and 50% of any dependents' premiums
  • 100% remote within the states we are recruiting

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WI.
