Digital Lead Generation Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive a steady flow of high-quality leads
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to evaluate lead sources, track performance, and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Manage and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM - ActiveCampaign) system to track, organize, and analyze lead data effectively
  • Implement email automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns to engage and convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to have compelling content, landing pages, and calls-to-action in place to attract and capture leads
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on their engagement and readiness to purchase
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts, share insights, and optimize the lead-to-opportunity conversion process
  • Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, and lead readiness
  • Conduct regular analysis of lead data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies
  • Prepare and present comprehensive lead reports to upper management on a ongoing basis, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts
  • Bring new ideas and support the team in increasing brand awareness and market share

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as ActiveCampaign, to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports
  • Familiarity with email automation platforms, lead scoring models, and lead nurturing techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and reports to management
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate efforts with the sales and marketing team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for generating high-quality leads and contributing to business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous startup experience (bonus if EdTech!) is a plus.
