Demand Generation Marketing Manager

The Role

Do you inherently know what will generate interest on the web? Can you hook a prospective customer with a subject line? Can you juggle web design, Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach with one arm tied behind your back? Then we are looking for you!

ReUp Education is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to work as part of the Sales Team to help create interest and excitement that consistently attracts new customers and drives revenue. You will use your skills and strategic knowledge to help ReUp Education sell our services to potential customers, enter and succeed in new markets, and fine-tune current marketing tactics.

The Demand Generation Manager will focus on creating B2B demand generation content that will engage prospective schools on the importance of stop-out students to their overall success. You will work with our sales team to help qualify leads and drive university partner acquisition through a variety of demand generation tactics (website, email campaigns, social media, webinars, white papers, case studies, press releases, etc.). Experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) will be critical as we seek to understand how to best reach and serve potential partners based on their unique needs. What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40% of US students who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled over 14,000 students and recaptured over $44 million in tuition for our university partners.

What you’ll do

  • Create and deliver against B2B demand generation plans for new and existing university partners to hit key conversion and retention goals for each academic term
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive and qualify leads into the sales pipeline
  • Lead and design A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels to improve our results
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs
  • Lead development of content for campaigns in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of website content (including landing pages, forms, video, webinar, blog posts print and podcast)
  • Create B2B demand generation campaigns across digital channels to attract and qualify new university partners
  • Manage an outreach calendar to communicate and track all key demand generation activities marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to craft a vision for demand generation and deliver against growth & engagement KPIs
  • Some light public relations work in the form of engaging with the press
  • Limited travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience delivering results across the full growth stack: from research, to experimentation, to acquisition, to activation, to retention
  • Fluent with best-in-class consumer marketing platforms and processes that enable scale, e.g. Marketing Automation Systems, Analytics Platforms, Outreach Tools, etc. (Outreach, Hubspot experience preferred)
  • Experience running and learning from dozens of A/B tests to improve results over time
  • Experience building and managing B2B demand and lead generation programs to drive interest
  • Ability to balance several projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Website creation and management

  • Social Media campaign experience is a plus
  • Public Relations experience is a plus
  • Search Engine Optimization is a plus

  • Your work is grounded in statistics and marketing analytics, with the ability to seek out the right data to inform your decision making process.
  • You embrace technology and iterate on existing systems to spread ReUp’s mission and message through multiple channels.
  • You are intellectually curious and excited about becoming an industry expert and applying the latest research to your work
  • You’ve leveraged user segmentation and personalized content to improve campaign performance
  • You develop content to increase traffic and build our Thought Leadership position.
