Demand Generation Analyst

USATestprep - Multiple Locations or Remote - Full time

USATestprep is seeking a Demand Generation Analyst with strong marketing analytics skills and Pardot certification. The Lead Demand Generation Analyst will be responsible for guiding strategy, implementation, and deployment in campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads and interest.

In this role, you’ll oversee our marketing ops stack to ensure lead volume and quality amongst K12 school and district administrators. This person will work to maximize our campaigns and implement nurture campaigns that will keep subscribers engaged. The ideal candidate will streamline both our Pardot and Salesforce instances through campaign implementation, recommend changes when needed, and report on success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Ensuring campaign tracking is set up appropriately to understand ROI
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identifying new advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with

Required Skills:

  • Certified Pardot Specialist with 3+ years experience planning and executing lead generation and nurture campaigns in Pardot/SFDC
  • Marketing analytics and Google Analytics experience
  • Ability to schedule and plan out complex projects to deadlines
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
  • Experience reporting on marketing pipelines within Salesforce/Pardot
  • Experience with Outreach or Salesloft is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with a sales organization
  • An understanding of both inbound/outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels — particularly SEO and SEM, PPC, social media and email.

About You:

  • Have at least 2-4 years of experience in a marketing operations role
  • Have a desire to work with an awesome product that you can sell with enthusiasm
  • Have a proven track record of demand gen success
  • Prior experience marketing E-learning or software solutions is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mind-set and desire to use data to drive decision making
