Data Manager

Step Up Tutoring is seeking a Data Manager to be responsible for collecting, organizing and interpreting data and statistical information to demonstrate the efficacy and impact of Step Up Tutoring as well as providing critical insights to team members to help inform decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Provide quality assurance of imported data
• Filter, “clean” data, and reorganize data in a readable in a readable format
• Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to prioritize business and information needs
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Work with engineers and leadership team to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Help develop reports and analysis.
• Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to enable them to make decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
