Data Governance Manager

San Francisco Unified School District - San Francisco, California - Full time

At SFUSD's Department of Technology you will do more than just deploy technology to students, educators and administrators - you will be a leader in transforming the way we deliver education and administration.

As the Data Governance Manager, you will lead a vital initiative to ensure that our student and business data is secure, standardized, and actionable. 

Desirable Qualifications include:

*experience with our key data systems, Synergy SIS and SAP-SuccessFactors

*familiarity with California data privacy laws

*Master's degree in a related field

*SQL server experience

Minimum Qualifications:

*Two years of experience in the information/data systems field, including project management, data governance, security, and data privacy, or directly related experience which demonstrates the knowledge and ability to supervise others, or communicate expert knowledge of current and emerging techniques to a project team, or which demonstrates the highest technical experience

*A BA in a relevant field, or additional experience as described above

$95,000-$130,000, depending on experience, plus generous benefits.
