Curriculum Associates is seeking a Data Analyst to serve a strategic role on our Educator Success team. You will work closely with Educator Success leadership to design our analytics program, gather data, and provide reporting and insights to support team decision-making. You have an ability to connect data patterns and relationships across multiple data sources and a passion for ensuring data quality.

This is an operational role in which you will have responsibility for developing reports, building dashboards, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for detail and a knack for spotting data patterns. You have a passion for data and knowledge of popular data analysis and business intelligence (BI) tools.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Support analysis, measurement, and reporting on key Educator Success performance indicators that tie to business objectives
  • Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis of web traffic and content engagement patterns
  • Clean and transform data files from Google Analytics, Learning Management System (LMS) reports, and other types of data files into normalized data templates
  • Analyze LMS data to share informed insights about LMS user activity and engagement.
  • Coordinate requirements for Google Analytics tagging across multiple web properties, collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement tagging requirements
  • Use knowledge of analytics best practices to design ongoing improvements to data tracking
  • Establish team KPIs and design dashboards in BI application (Domo)
  • Provide marketing operational support that includes tracking URLs using Google Analytics UTM parameters to enable tracking of web traffic sources

Who we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, business analytics, or related disciplines, including familiarity with common digital analytics strategies and tactics
  • BS/BA required
  • A self-starter ready to show initiative and to perform flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to various internal and external teams
  • Strong Excel skills, able to manipulate, data mine, clean, and analyze information using formulas, pivot table, etc.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience analyzing data from video platforms such as Vidyard
  • Experience with Business Intelligence visualization tools, Domo preferred
