Job Requirements

  • Support customers daily via email, phone, forums or other communication channels
  • Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to resolve their issues.
  • Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed effectively
  • Document procedures and common requests and compile a database of frequent issues
  • Ensure that support SLAs are being achieved and exceeded
  • Maintain logs and generate status summaries for management team
  • Improve support practices wherever possible
  • Build relationships with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in engineering, marketing or related fields
  • Ability to learn our tools and technologies quickly
  • Good understanding of cloud software, browsers, tablets and mobile devices
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills- 
  • High level of energy and motivation
  • Excellent communication skills to liaison with all internal teams
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Zendesk is a plus
