A leader in mobile app development and management for schools and school districts, SchoolInfoApp is searching for a Deployment Specialist to assist new and existing customers by managing the design, setup, and implementation during the initial launch and applicable upgrades to their mobile app, website, and mass notification systems by SchoolInfoApp. The ideal candidate will join an expanding Customer Success team responsible for driving adoption and delivering world-class service to our clients.

Our offices are in the heart of Silicon Bayou in Ruston, La, but if you are a creative, motivated, self-starter who can communicate well and work virtually, we are happy for you to make things happen from wherever in the United States you are.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport and guide new clients through all facets of the process for deploying our products/services
  • Conduct feature and design exploratory meetings with new clients via phone and Zoom
  • Gather required assets and data from clients
  • Build and add new features through the SchoolInfo Dashboard (No Coding Required)
  • Assist new clients in establishing and configuring Developer Accounts, Domain Name Registration and DNS Settings (No Coding Required)
  • Publish apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play
  • Document all activity and maintain complete, accurate records in our CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and engage new customers in meetings to determine needs and requirements.
  • Experience using systems such as Trello, Zoho CRM, Jira and presentation software.
  • Ability to work remotely, and independently with little supervision as well as collaborate online.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, allocate and track time across a large set of targets
  • HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
