Clever connects schools and districts to their online learning applications, and the Customer Support Team makes sure that’s an awesome experience at every step. Clever is seeking a full-time, temporary employee (11 weeks) to supplement our Customer Support Team, as we help schools get up and running using Clever for the 2017-18 school year.

You’ll be working directly with customers, responding to a high volume of emails to resolve technical problems and answer questions. We deliver fast, friendly, and extremely personalized support, so you’ll need to excel at working in a fast-paced, customer service environment with a great deal of autonomy. You won’t be afraid to ask questions, and know how to keep customers engaged even when you can’t answer their problem immediately. You’ll need to pick up new technology easily and be comfortable teaching others to use it too.

Clever supports schools all over the country; we’re looking for folks who are excited to work flexible hours and can cover shifts over the course of the day, ranging from 5am - 5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. Coordinators will work full time in our San Francisco office from early July through the end of September. We're hiring on a rolling basis, so apply today!
